The initial break from my previous cycle and evolution into a combination of several styles of abstract I’ve done in the past in a desperate gamble to change, maybe even grow. From the ‘fuck it’ moment of when I tried to follow the thread of the old me, and instead found a new me.

Continuing in commitment to explore where this direction takes me. Bringing the pieces to a larger size and slightly different paper. No idea where these are headed as the energy of my ideas, thoughts, dreams, plans, shakes it’s way out of my head, into my hand, and on to the paper. Is what I do coherent, incoherent, art, or just nonsense…I continue to believe even in a state of disbelief and confusion…with a dash of frustration. Just trying to restructure for some sort of success.
